RESIDENT FARM MANAGER
Supreme Farm requires a Resident Farm Manager to work in a closed house broiler grower with 100,000 birds based in Wariyapola. Farm is fully automated and the successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day management of the farm and its team.
Responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring all aspects of running the farm are met
- Maintaining safe work practices
- Managing and motivating a team
- Ensuring welfare of livestock
- Ventilation management
- Feed management
- Output performance
- Record keeping
The successful candidate should have animal husbandry/agricultural degree or 5-10 years’ experience in poultry management and trilingual.
